Public Sector Services
As a Public Sector Subscriber you are entitled to:

Public Sector Reports – a detailed analysis (including averages and a quartile evaluation) of data from similar
organisations within your particular Sector, for both HR Performance Indicators and Workforce
Performance Indicators

Scorecard (or Health Check) – providing a quick reference to how your organisation is performing
We currently undertake sector specific analysis for the following sectors (typically in partnership
with a membership organisation):
- Further Education Colleges
- Housing Associations (NHF)
- Local Government (PPMA)
- Universities (UPA)
- Government Services (e.g. Government Agencies and Departments) (PPMA)
To support the work of our Public Sector subscribers, we ensure that our framework of metrics incorporates
the indicators recommended by the UK's Public Sector Audit Agencies (i.e. "Value for Money" in public
sector corporate services).
