    • HR Staff ratios – to all employees, proportions of managerial/professional staff and support/operational staff
    • HR staff costs – cost of HR per employee, cost of HR as % of organisation paybill, cost of HR function as % of organisation running costs.
    • HR Function - Structures, Staff profiles, Head of HR, board representation, etc
    • HR Time allocation - key HR activities by HR staff category, effectiveness of delivery, etc
    • Recruitment and selection - costs, time to recruit, success rates, etc
